- Madeleine Robinson Review added: 2018.11.20★ ★ ★ ★ ★I took the plunge back in January 2017 and searched for a trainer. As soon as I saw Graham's approach I decided he was the best fit for my needs. I wanted to loose weight, get fit and also be happy again. Graham managed to help me achieve all of this. He tailored all the workouts to meet my needs and changed things which I didn't enjoy as much. I originally joined for 3 times a week for 3 months. I stayed for 4 months 1:1 and now also do his core conditioning class on a weekly basis. I am reluctant to stop attending sessions after the improvements I have made. Graham has turned my life around and shown me I have a strength which I never knew I had. Can't thank him enough and recommend him highly.
