- A Google User Review added: 2018.09.28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT buy your products from the B&O LEEDS store on Vicar Lane. They provide terrible customer service and will due therir utmost to stall you and avoid reimbursing you for any faulty product. Even trying to exhange a faulty product for a new item is impossible. This happened to a friend of mine. It is appalling the way they were treated by the mangement at the B&O Leeds store.
